Welcome to the Parish Council Website!

Our aim in this website is to draw the attention of as many parishioners as possible, and also any visitors enquiring about the parish, to the various web sites that relate to the parish. We want to act as a sort of local focus to the information which is already available.

We will try not to repeat information that is to be found elsewhere on the net, but merely to act as a easy guide on how to find it - our very own local "search engine". To this end the links page has, and will gain more, routes to sites that have a direct bearing on life in and around the parish. There may not be that many shown at the moment but we are certain that there are others that we have yet to find or which have yet to be created.

• the Parish Council Minutes page which provides easy access to the record of the bi-monthly council meetings.

Additionally there is the Mid Devon District Council site on the links page where our District Councillors details can be found, together with a mass of other material.

As the parish is involved with the Parish Paths Partnership (P3) there are pages that give the current status of our work in that area. A WI page provides the local branch with an "electronic noticeboard".

Although this site is organised by the Parish Council it uses the free technology and webmaster facilities provided as part of "e-government" through the Mid Devon District Counci
