Throughout 2007, we worked closely with Tenant Focus Groups to revise and update our publications. The new publications are all available for download. All tenants will receive a copy of the Tenant Handbook, Our Service Standards, and the Repairs Handbook.

Sheltered Housing - a guide to sheltered housing for prospective tenants
Decorations Grants and Rewards Scheme - an explanation of our decorations grants and rewards scheme for new tenants who have to decorate their new homes
Our Standard of Repair for Empty Properties - a guide for new tenants that explains our standards when we repair an empty property prior to letting
End of Tenancy Reward Scheme - a scheme for tenants who are moving out of council property or transferring to another council property. We offer a cash payment if the departing tenants leave a property clean and clear when they move out.
