On the weeks shown in brown on your collection calendar, your brown bin or compostable sacks need to be put out forcollection. These should contain waste that is suitable for COMPOSTING:
Garden waste including hedge clippings, grass cuttings, weeds, leaves and small branches (up to 4" thick, Kitchen waste including raw and cooked food waste, tea bags, vegetable peelings, egg shells, bread, paper kitchen towels, meat and fish. Cardboard and envelopes.
On the weeks shown in grey on your collection calendar, please put out your non-recyclable household waste for collection.
Black boxes should be put out for collection as directed on the calendar.
