Our Care Service Team is responsible for sheltered housing schemes , housing with warden services, and lifeline home alarms. Also responsible for tenants who receive Supporting People funding to assist them in maintaining their tenancies. Our General Tenancy and Home Ownership Team is responsible for all other tenancy issues such as mutual exchanges, estates management, succession and assignment of tenancy, garage lettings, and permission to improve properties. The team is also responsible for leasehold management and the administration of the Right to Buy scheme. Our Tenant Involvement Team is responsible for encouraging and developing tenant involvement activity within Mid Devon. The team works with existing Area Tenant Groups and others to involve a greater number of our tenants in the the management and decision-making process of the Housing Service.
