We do not share this information with any other department.
The Trade Waste Department will retain your information in a safe and secure environment.All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.
We will retain your personal information on the drivers notes for 6 weeks following the missed collection to ensure no further missed collections take place. After 6 weeks the missed collection report is closed but the call log remains on the Customer Services Management System for 12 months
