INFORM on social media is a multi-agency action group looking at ways to address growing issues around the distribution of inappropriate images and messages between young people via social media and wider e-safety issues. This group aims to provide information for young people, parents, families and carers, and teachers and other professionals working with families.

INFORM membership is mainly professionals within schools, youth services, police and other organisations that have direct contact with young people and families, but this is not exclusive. The geographical area covered is East & Mid Devon with some professionals also covering Exeter.

INFORM aims to promote e-safety by supporting, informing and educating through the promotion of existing resources, free training/development and sharing of successful work. Members meet quarterly and receive regular information via email.
