Responsive repairs

As of 3 November 2020, until at least 2nd December 2020, we will be completing emergency repairs, urgent repairs and external repairs, as well as electrical testing and gas servicing. Internal routine and low priority works will be postponed and re-programmed for a later date. Repairs that are carried out indoors will be carried out with strict physical distancing and hygiene measures in place. We are now carrying out individual risk assessments of tasks and tenants to ensure that it is safe to continue working.  Where it is decided that it is not safe to carry out works, this will be communicated to you.

Gas servicing

We'll continue to carry out essential gas safety checks, in line with the latest Government guidelines and Health and Safety Executive advice, see COVID-19: Annual gas servicing for more information.

Handyman service and rechargeable works

Many Handyman Service and rechargeable works will be suspended until at least 2nd December 2020.

Planned modernisations

Most internal modernisation works, including new kitchens, bathrooms and heating, will be suspended by a period of at least one month. Please be patient as there was already a minimum four month delay due to the initial COVID-19 restrictions.

Pest Control

Pest control services will continue for external works, with internal works being assessed on a case by case basis.
