As we move forward with our recovery plans following the easing of the restrictions which were in place during the national emergency arising from the pandemic, our Housing Service is focussing on key services.  This includes keeping tenants safe. That is why processes at MDDC are changing and we are sorry if you experience a delay.  Our website has been updated where possible to reflect these changes.

Our Officers are all working from home for most of the week, but a different Duty Officer for both the Income and Estates team will be available to talk to on 01884 255255 Monday – Friday. If you are a tenant or a leaseholder and want to speak to the Neighbourhood Officer for your area, please email where a call back can be arranged. Devon Home Choice is available to answer calls on every working day.

We want to support tenants wherever we can during these difficult times and therefore would ask that anyone who is having financial problems to contact us.

Please be aware that our Facebook page posts regular updates on our service delivery.

We are currently prioritising certain services that are most important to us and our tenants, but we do hope to be moving forward with more aspects of housing in the future.
