An estate representative is a council tenant who cares about their street or estate and can act as the eyes and ears of their neighbourhood. They can represent the views of their neighbours and highlight concerns or ideas on their behalf. They help monitor and improve the services they, and their neighbours, receive.  

No formal skills or experience of working with a committee are required to become a representative and you can give as much or as little time as you have available.
