Complaints regarding our Housing Service which relate to our homes or any tenancy-related matters can be escalated to the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS).  The HOS requires registered providers of social housing to undertake a self-assessment against their Complaints Handling Code.  We have completed this and have identified a number of changes to our complaints procedure which will be made during early 2021.  Please note that these changes will only apply to those complaints relating to housing-related matters.  The HOS website provides more information about their approach to complaints handling -
