Voids Management Policy
The Mid Devon Housing Voids Management Policy was adopted by Cabinet on 7th March 2023 after recommendation by Homes Policy Development Group on 17th January 2023.
The following documents have been produced to assist with the responsibilities of MDH and our tenants with regard to void management.
