Housing repairs and adaptations update
Repairs that are carried out indoors will be carried out with strict physical distancing and hygiene measures in place. We are now carrying out individual risk assessments of tasks and tenants to ensure that it is safe to continue working. Where it is decided that it is not safe to carry out works, this will be communicated to you.

We'll continue to carry out essential gas safety checks, in line with the latest Government guidelines and Health and Safety Executive advice, see COVID-19: Annual gas servicing for more information.
Handyman service and rechargeable works
Most Handyman Service and rechargeable are continuing as normal, although our availability is limited whilst we deal with a backlog of other works.
Most modernisation works, including new kitchens, bathrooms and heating, are continuing as normal. Please be patient as COVID-19 restrictions have led to between 6-12 month delays for these works.
Pest control services will continue for external works, with internal works being assessed on a case by case basis.

Although some of our team are working from home in accordance with government guidelines, we'll still be contactable by phone via 01884 255255 to report repairs.
All meetings will be conducted over the phone or video, in line with Government and health advice.
