Housing repairs and adaptations
As of 1 August 2020 we will be completing most repairs and planned maintenance tasks, with strict physical distancing and hygiene measures in place. We are now carrying out individual risk assessments of tasks and tenants to ensure that it is safe to continue working. Where it is decided that it is not safe to carry out works, this will be communicated to you.

We'll continue to carry out essential gas safety checks, in line with the latest Government guidelines and Health and Safety Executive advice, see COVID-19: Annual gas servicing for more information.
Handyman service and rechargeable works
Many Handyman Service and rechargeable works will be able to continue as normal from 1 August 2020.
Many modernisation works, including new kitchens, bathrooms and heating, have recommenced. Please be patient as there will be a minimum four month delay due to COVID-19.
Pest control services are back to normal with our new pest control contractor, Pestokil.

Although some of our team are working from home in accordance with government guidelines, we'll still be contactable by phone via 01884 255255 to report repairs.
All meetings will be conducted over the phone, in line with Government and health advice.

Post will be periodically checked, but we don't recommend this as a primary source of communication due to reduced postal services.
