Validation of applications – ‘fast track’ service

We are providing a new service whereby the checking of an application prior to submission is offered for 10% of the statutory application fee, plus VAT at the standard rate.

The benefit of doing this ensures that the team check the documentation prior to submission ensuring that applications are made valid upon official submission.

To use this service please email your application and all documents/details to fasttrackvalidation@middevon.gov.uk we will contact you upon receipt to request the fee. When we have received the fee we will send you a letter advising if your documentation would be considered a valid application or an invalid application at this moment in time, your request will then be closed.
