Queen's Platinum Jubilee Weekend - Events in Mid Devon

On Sunday 6 February 2022, Her Majesty the Queen became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth.

The UK will celebrate the Queen’s 70th anniversary as monarch by moving the Spring Bank Holiday and adding an extra Bank Holiday in June 2022 - creating a Jubilee weekend from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June.
