FIXED TERM: 6 Months Full Time 37 Hours Per Week 
SALARY: £25,584 TO £27,269 Per Annum 
LOCATION: TIVERTON

We are looking for an experienced labourer / driver to join our building services team. The post holder will be responsible for assisting other staff in carrying out both void and responsive repairs works by undertaking duties for which no formal trade qualification is required.

  • Ideally you should hold a valid HGV Class 2 driving license with several years of experience of driving vehicles up to and exceeding 7.5 tonnes.

The duties will include property clearances, garden clearance and transporting debris arising to landfill sites, general labouring and semi-skilled repairs.

 A satisfactory basic disclosure check and three years complete employment history will be requested in the event of you being offered the position.
