FIXED TERM (12 weeks): 3 hours and 15 minutes per week
SALARY: £19.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday 19:15 – 20:15 (Bums, Tums, and Thighs), Tuesdays 10:30 – 11:15 (Indoor Cycle), Thursday 18:15 – 19:00 (Indoor Cycle), Saturday 09:00 – 09:45 (Indoor Cycle)
Do you have a passion for motivating people in a class studio environment? Can you make an exercise class fun, effective, safe and stimulating? We are looking for someone who can bring energy to our class programme. If this sounds like you, and you have the ability to make individuals work hard but come away from the class feeling energised, then we’d love to hear from you.
Exercise classes are regularly monitored for improvement but will receive support from the Duty Officer for health and fitness to make the classes successful.
All Coaches are expected to be punctual, energetic, and excellent at rapport building and to take onus on making their class successful.
Must hold a level 2 Gym Instructor and Indoor Cycle Qualification. A First Aid certificate would be advantageous but not essential.
This position could lead to further contracted hours should they become available for the right candidate. This position also gives you the option to cover other classes covering holiday, sickness, and other absence.
It will be an initial 12 week contract with the aim to progressing to permanent if the classes are successful.
