All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy
How long will we be keeping your personal information for?
relating to repairs may be securely kept for the duration of the council’s ownership of the property. Information related solely to the tenancy will be kept in accordance with the tenancy privacy notice.
