Effective 17 May we will be opening our offices at Phoenix House to the public.  In order to continue to protect customers and staff, opening will be restricted to the following hours and visits must be by appointment only.  In order to avoid disappointment, please contact 01884 255255 to book before you arrive.

Please note: The payment kiosk will not be available for use.

Opening Hours at Phoenix House:

Monday to Thursday - 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm*
Friday - 1.00 pm - 4.30 pm

*Please note we close at 4.30 the third Wednesday of the month.
