Trade Waste System Upgrade - Downtime 16 January to 2 March 2026
We are currently installing a new admin system to improve the way we deliver our trade waste services. To ensure a smooth transition, we are unable to set up new customers or make changes to existing collections - including bin size changes and collection frequency adjustments - from 16 January to 2 March 2026.
New customer enquiries are still welcome during this time; however, account setup will start once the new system is live. Please note that all currently scheduled collections will continue as normal.
We remain fully committed to supporting our existing customers during this time and look forward to welcoming new customers once our new system is live. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we make these important improvements to our trade waste services.
