Martyn's Law

Martyn's Law, officially known as the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, aims to enhance public safety by requiring venues and events to implement security measures against potential terrorist threats.

The law is expected to be enforced by April 2027 however new information has been circulated which may help to prepare and understand obligations on premises and/or event organisers.
