Shop Front Facelift Scheme

Please complete this form to apply for a Shopfront Enhancement Grant. Please note: this scheme is discretionary and funding is allocated on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend you read the guidance notes before completing this form.

To make an application, you will need:

1. A detailed schedule of the proposed work (including timescale and builder’s specification, showing product, materials and work required)
2. 3 itemised estimates / quotes (see guidance 4.3)
3. Plans showing the proposals (where appropriate)
4. Recent detailed photographs of the building/item to be repaired
5. Copy of any required planning permission, listed building consent or advertisement consent

We will process the information provided on this form in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (formerly known as the Data Protection Act) for the sole purpose of administering the grant. The information provided will be stored securely by Mid Devon District Council and will be retained for three years.

The information provided will be subject to the Freedom of Information Act but personal information (names and contact details) will not be released in response to Freedom of Information requests.
