We are collecting this information to create files for those individuals who are not recycling or placing their rubbish/recycling in the wrong collection area, this information may be used if a legal referral is made on a report.
The information provided may be used to confirm additional details or to retain a witness statement.
The information provided may be shared with the Legal Department should a fine be incurred.
Your details will be retained in a safe and secure environment.All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy
The information will remain active for 6 months, the closed case will remain on our IDOX system for 12 months after closure when it will be automatically deleted.
