Missed Collections

If you report a missed collection, we will hold your contact details, your name, address, email and phone number


The information is collected by our customer services team.


This information can be provided by web form, email or telephone conversation with Customer Services


The information will be provided to Street Scene Services to investigate the reason behind the missed collection and contact you if they need any further information.


Personal data is used to investigate the reason behind the missed collection.


Your personal data is not shared with any other department.


The Waste and Recycling Department will retain your details in a safe and secure environment. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.


We will retain your personal information on the drivers notes for 6 weeks following the missed collection to ensure no further missed collections take place. After 6 weeks the missed collection report is closed but the call log remains on our Customer Services Management System for 12 months.
