Request removal of brown bin
If you request this service we will hold your contact details, name address, email address and phone number
Customer Services collect this information.
It can be provided on line by web form, email or telephone Customer Services.
Your Personal details will be used in order to update our records and to arrange for the service you have requested to be completed.
It will be used to ensure arrangements are made to collect your brown bin and to contact you if any further information is needed.
The personal information will only be shared with Waste and Customer Services.
Waste and Recycling will retain your details in a safe and secure environment. All ICT systems are accredited to Public Service Network standards with access restricted to relevant staff. All paper records are stored securely and we have a clear desk policy.
Once the collection of the Brown bin takes place the request will be closed, the closed request will remain on the Customer Services Management System for 12 months.
