Mid Devon District Council is delighted to announce the return of its fifth Landlord Networking Event, which will take place on Wednesday 13 May 2026, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm at the award‑winning Upton Barn & Walled Garden in Cullompton.

The event has become a key date in the calendar for the private rented sector in Mid Devon, bringing together landlords, prospective investors and property professionals for an evening of insight, discussion and connection. Whether attendees are taking their first steps into property investment or managing established portfolios, the event offers a valuable platform to learn more about the sector and the support available locally.

Ahead of this year’s event, the Council is inviting local businesses and service providers to come forward as exhibitors. Those who take part will have the opportunity to engage directly with landlords seeking trusted advice, specialist services and practical solutions for their rental businesses.
