Focus Groups

We use focus groups to gather ideas and feedback from tenants on specific topics.

We hold focus groups when we have a topic that we want to discuss or want to make improvements to a service. We work with tenants to use their feedback in order to develop the idea and make the changes.

Our focus groups are usually small meetings of around 6 to 12 people. The meetings always focus on a specific topic.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM's)
On 12 August 2026, 12 tenants took part in a focus group to share their views and feedback on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).

On 15 October 2026, 5 tenants attended a focus group to review and discuss how we communicate with tenants, sharing their thoughts and suggestions for improvement.
