Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities issues letter to all Landlords in England

The department are asking you for your help to encourage behaviours in the home to help combat the virus.

The letter contains key messages for landlords to improve ventillation and heating in your rental properties and provides information about support services.

What should I do?

Please give your tenants a copy of the key messages for residents.

Make any changes or carry out any works to improve the ventillation and heating as suggested in the letter.

Talk to your tenants about how to properly heat and ventilate the home. 

Be supportive and proactive.
