Tom Fellows

Tom Fellows is head of the team responsible for private rented sector redress and non-traditional tenures at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).

He is responsible for the new PRS Landlord Ombudsman; a key measure in the new Renters’ Rights legislation.

Debbie is a nationally recognised expert in the property tax sector and is regularly asked to present to property groups across the UK, including the National Landlords Association, Wealth Investment Group, Property and Entrepreneurial Network as well as events organised by councils. As a property investor herself, Debbie understands the challenges and benefits the sector can deliver.
