Swimming Tracker Now Live
Active Mid Devon’s new online swimming lesson tracker, Course Pro, has now launched.
Our team have been busy behind the scenes getting the system up and running and we are excited to support your child’s swimming lesson journey with us, online as well as in the pool.
Course Pro is a digital platform giving parents, carers and Active Mid Devon instructors real time access to individual swimmer progress and goals. The platform, which is easily accessible via the Active Mid Devon app or on our website, allows our instructors to track progress on the spot, recording skills achieved and areas to develop at the touch of a button.
Through Course Pro, parents and carers will be able to track swimming achievements, upcoming goals and badges online, making it easier than ever to celebrate progress and stay engaged with your child’s learning. They can also move lessons through the online priority waiting list.
Cllr Josh Wright, Cabinet Member for Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement, said:
“Active Mid Devon is an ambitious leisure provider and we are always looking at ways to make your experience with us even better. This is one of many new digital tools Active Mid Devon has implemented to support our members, and Course Pro will give a real insight into lessons and progress, which as a parent or carer is really useful. We have more than 2400 children enrolled on our lessons so this is a big step to support them and their progress.”
All swimmers enrolled on the swim school will need to register with Course Pro to track their progress. This can be done via our app or website or clicking the link below. Current swim school members have automatically been added to our priority waiting list, within Course Pro, allowing children to move classes when spaces become available.
Anyone who is waiting to join the swim school must now register through Course Pro and join a new online waiting list. This applies even to those who have previously joined a waiting list through our reception team. We understand for those who have waited patiently this may be frustrating, but we are confident the new system will bring many benefits for our staff and our swimmers in the future.
