Active Mid Devon is excited to announce the refreshed Health Seekers programme, designed for people who want to improve their health and wellbeing without traditional gym workouts or classes.

The Health Seekers programme has been updated to provide even greater flexibility and affordability. The original one-off Health Seekers package is now available at a reduced price of £27.50 (previously £35). This package includes:

• A health consultation with a qualified health coach
• Two in-depth scans (one per visit) that measure your body’s fat, muscle, water, and more
• A follow-up health review 4-6 weeks later

In addition, Active Mid Devon has launched a brand-new monthly Health Seekers membership. For just £12.50 per month, members will receive a monthly consultation with a qualified health coach and unlimited body composition scans powered by Boditrax.
