New Statement of Licensing Policy - Licensing Act 2003

Mid Devon District Council have completed a consultation on its fourth Statement of licensing policy under the Licensing Act. The Policy has been approved by Full Council and assists in promoting the four licensing objectives. These are:

• The prevention of crime and disorder
• Public Safety
• The prevention of public nuisance
• The protection of children from harm

The new Policy will have effect from 7 January 2019 and can be seen below:
