Together Drug and Alcohol Service offers support to those over 18 who wish to address their drug and alcohol use. It offers:

  • Advice & information for drug and/or alcohol users or anyone concerned about someone’s use (friends, family, employers)
  • Prescribing options, delivered in-house by specialist doctors
  • Harm reduction interventions and Needle exchange
  • Group work programmes
  • One to one recovery navigation
  • Whole Family support and interventions
  • Recovery support and post treatment programmes and activities
  • Accredited mentoring courses

Y-SMART Drug and Alcohol Services

Commissioned by Devon County Council with funding from the Home Office, Department of Health, Youth Justice Board and DCC: Y-SMART is the Drug and Alcohol Service for under-18s, throughout Devon (excluding Plymouth and Torbay).

Their aim to provide high quality, accessible, targeted prevention and treatment services specifically for young people across the county. The service is confidential, promotes physical and mental well-being and reduces harm that can be associated with drug and alcohol use for young people and their families.
