Copy Documents

Planning Decisions

Copy planning decisions can be downloaded using our search facility - IDOX Public Access. Please note, if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your preferred browser, you'll need Internet Explorer 11 or above to view planning documents using this search facility. All copy decisions from 1999 are available. Planning decision notices prior to 1999 are in the process of being added.

Please check the search facility in the first instance to download copy decision notices. If the decision notice is not available, please Contact us and we will endeavour to add the document(s) within 5 working days.

Some documents are available for download free of charge using our search facility, as mentioned above. Alternatively, copies can be requested from us directly.

Building Control copy documents

EIR requests

There is no charge for inspection of the records under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR). For access to data under EIR please see Guide to Con29 Inspection under EIR.
