Tenant Compensation Policy
The MDH Tenant Compensation Policy was adopted by Cabinet on 10th December 2024 after recommendation by the Homes PDG on 19th November 2024.
The Policy was updated via Delegated Decision by the Head of Housing and Health on 30th June 2026 to align to the Housing Ombudsman Service Compensation Guidance 2026.
