New Build Homes Resident Survey
The Council launched its first New Build Homes Resident Survey in 2021. The goal of the survey is to understand how successful a new build development is from a resident’s perspective in Mid Devon. The findings will help inform our understanding of what makes a great place for people to live, work and enjoy, and we can use this information to help us shape the future of our local area through the Council’s work. Over time, the annual survey will help us build a picture across the district and identify trends.
