FOI/EIR disclosure logs

New disclosure log

The disclosure log from June 2025 is available in a new format. Copies of the responses will now be published. Some information may be redacted (removed) if an exemption applies, for example if it is personal data or is commercially sensitive. Where there is an additional attachment, this will be available on request at foi@middevon.gov.uk.

The disclosure log is published under the Open Government Licence which means it can be used for research, reporting or publication.

Information cannot be edited or used selectively to distort or misrepresent it.

Logs are retained for 2 years. 

Disclosure logs prior to June 2025

Under 'Downloads' to the right side of this page, you will find our quarterly and monthly  disclosure logs prior to June 2025. 

You can search the disclosure logs for any FOI and EIR information you are interested in and contact us for any of the responses included on the logs. Just click on Find and Select in the top right of the spreadsheet to search for keywords.

Then email foi@middevon.gov.uk to ask for a copy of the response, please include the reference number in your email.

Please note: freedom of information requests are only kept for 2 years after the request is closed, in accordance with the retention schedule. Request prior to this cannot be provided.
