NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for the Bradninch Ward of Mid Devon District Council due to the resignation of Luke Taylor.

To call an election to fill the vacancy, a request must be made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TWO local government electors of the Mid Devon District Council area.

On receipt of the requests to fill the vacancy, the Returning Officer will set a date for an election to be held within 35 days.
