Adopted Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
The revised North West Cullompton Masterplan SPD was adopted at a meeting of the Mid Devon District Council on 14 December 2022. The site is allocated in the Mid Devon Local Plan 2013-2033, for mixed housing and employment development, including a new primary school and community facilities and extensive areas of green infrastructure.
The adopted Masterplan SPD is a revision of an earlier document to bring it up to date and in line with revised policies in the adopted Mid Devon Local Plan 2013-2013. The adopted masterplan will guide development in the area and be taken into account during the consideration of planning applications.
Public consultation on the revisions to the Masterplanning of the development took place from 27 June to 8 August 2022. There were 18 comments recorded on the website interactive map, 16 online survey responses, 4 completed paper questionnaires and 2 email responses received, as well as a number of responses from formal consultees.
