How long does it take?
Every case is different depending on the type of adaptation needed.

| Referral received from Occupational Therapist (OT) | Within 4 - 5 days |
| Occupational Therapist (OT) Assessment | Dependant on OT waiting list |
| Council Review | within 2 - 4 weeks after receiving OT recommendation |
| Survey (if required) | within 6 - 7 weeks |
| Major Adaptations |
Urgent referrals - within 3 months Deterioration referrals - within 12 months All other referrals - within 18 months |
| Minor Adaptations | Within 28 days |
Please note: Larger and more complex adaptations may take longer than the timescales above.
