Adopted Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

The North West Cullompton Masterplan SPD was adopted at a meeting of the Mid Devon District Council on 24 February 2016.

The site was allocated in the Allocations and Infrastructure Development Plan Document in 2010, for mixed housing and employment development, including a new primary school and community facilities and extensive areas of green infrastructure.

Public consultation on the Masterplanning of the development took place from August-October 2015. An earlier consultation on the options for Masterplanning took place in 2014. Previous version of the masterplan, studies, surveys and consultation responses can be viewed in the History section. The adopted masterplan will guide development in the area and have a significant bearing on the consideration of planning applications.
