How can I search for, view or track a planning application?

Please Note - You may need to allow up to 5 days for plans and documents associated with planning applications to be uploaded onto the website.

You can use our online planning service Public Access to view:

  • planning applications;
  • appeals, and;
  • enforcement notices.

You can perform a simple search by:

  • keyword;
  • application reference;
  • postcode, and;
  • a single line of an address.

If you can't find what you're looking for using the simple search, try using the 'advanced' search option. For further guidance see our Public Access user guide.

Discharge of Conditions - Discharge of Conditions information has historically been saved as a document type of ‘Details Pursuant’; historical information will not be changed and you can still search using Details Pursuant.

As of 17th July 2024 we will no longer be using the document type of ‘Details Pursuant’ we will instead be using ‘Discharge of Conditions’. You can also search for Discharge of Conditions by using the ‘filter by’ after you have retrieved an application number within the documents list; select ‘Description’ from drop down and in the description text field enter Condition then click Apply.

How can I make a comment on a planning application?
