SALARY: GRADE H £39,152 - £41,771 PER ANNUM PRO RATA
LOCATION: TIVERTON/HYBRID

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior or Principal Planning Officer who is interested in using and developing their professional skills and knowledge to help us continue to deliver a high-quality Development Management service. 

Our team is a friendly, high performing team with knowledgeable and skilled planning officers that are always happy to help and support, within a positive working  environment.    

The successful candidate will need to bring considerable development management experience and be able to demonstrate that they can effectively and efficiently deal with a range of complex planning applications. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
