Update 21/12/2021:

The Government has announced new COVID-support grant schemes to support businesses in the hospitality industry. We are waiting for further information on these schemes and when this arrives we will update the website accordingly. If you have previously received a COVID-support grant from us for a hospitality business in Mid Devon we will contact you directly once we receive further information to let you know how to apply for the latest grant(s). If you run a hospitality business in Mid Devon that hasn’t previously received support, please email businessgrants@middevon.gov.uk to be added to our contact list.

Update 17/12/2021:

In response to the Omicron variant, temporary measures have been introduced which include:

The government will continue to look closely at all the emerging data but vaccines remain the best line of defence against the virus, so if you have not yet received the COVID-19 vaccine, you should get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Please also use COVID-19 rapid lateral flow device (LFD) tests regularly, particularly before entering a high-risk setting involving people you wouldn't normally come into contact with, or when visiting a vulnerable person.
